Questions about workouts, your AI coach, sign-in, or billing. Tell us your device (iPhone or Android) and the app version, shown at the bottom of Settings in the app.

Privacy and your data

Access, export, and deletion requests. Write from the email address on your account so we can confirm it is yours.

Manage or cancel your subscription

FitMG subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you manage and cancel them in your store account.

iPhone or iPad (App Store)

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Go to your name (Apple Account) , then Subscriptions.
  3. Choose FitMG, then tap Cancel Subscription.

Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Play Store app and tap your profile icon.
  2. Go to Payments & subscriptions , then Subscriptions.
  3. Choose FitMG, then tap Cancel subscription.

Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in your store account first.

Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made through their stores: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, and Google Play refunds for Android.

Delete your account

FitMG and Aria share the same accounts, so deleting your account removes it from both apps.

In the app

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Account deletion , then Request account deletion.

To get a copy of your data, email privacy@ariacoach.app from the email address on your account.

Without the app

Follow the steps at api.runwitharia.com/account/delete, or email privacy@ariacoach.app from the email address on your account.

After we confirm the account is yours, we aim to acknowledge the request within 7 business days and delete or de-identify ordinary account data within 30 days. The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and what we must keep.

A note on health

FitMG and Aria offer training guidance, not medical advice. If you have an injury, pain, or a health condition, talk to a qualified professional before you train.
